V23 Battery Control Circuit Replacement
When is it needed?
- When the battery control circuit is damaged.
Required materials:
- V23 (appropriate revision) control circuit.
- To determine the appropriate version of your Byqee V23 set, use this link.
- You can order a compatible control circuit for your set via this link.
- Phillips screwdriver.
- 2.5mm Allen wrench.
ATTENTION! PLEASE READ!
- Byqee batteries are lithium-based and carry a high risk of explosion and fire.
- Do not proceed with operations on the battery pack if you lack technical knowledge.
- Working on the battery pack is entirely at the user's risk. Byqee is not responsible for any damage resulting from operations performed.
- Before starting, ensure the working environment is free of conductive materials and that you are using protective equipment.
Procedure Steps:
1- Remove your bag. Place the battery pack on a hard surface that is free of insulating materials and comfortable for work, and first unscrew the bolts with the Allen wrench.
2- Unscrew the Phillips screws
3- Remove the lower case.
4- Remove the battery pack from the box and disconnect the socket.
5-Carefully remove the battery control circuit.
6- Install the new circuit in the same way, and reverse the previous steps to reposition your battery pack. The final appearance after the process should be as shown below.
7- Reattach the lower case of your battery and tighten the screws.
8- Replace your bag and your battery is ready to use!
