Follow the steps below for problem diagnosis:
1- Battery Charge Check
If you haven't charged your battery after the last use, connect the charger and observe if the charge light turns red. If you haven't used your Byqee since the last charge, it's normal for the charge light not to turn red, but if you are sure that the battery is not full and the light does not turn red, it means there is a problem with your battery receiving a charge. You can create a request for our technical team here for this issue.
If you are sure that your battery pack is charged, move on to the second step.
2- Battery-Bracket Connection Check
When placing your battery in the bracket, ensure that the connectors are correctly joined. To do this, check the lock pin next to the battery while it is attached to the bracket. In the correct position, the lock pin should be in a position that locks the battery. If you can remove the battery without pulling the lock pin, it means it is not properly locked. Therefore, the connectors will not touch each other.
Solution: Check the end of the lock pin for any burr or object that might prevent locking, and if present, clean it. Identify the lock pin gap in the battery and clean any element inside the gap that prevents locking. Pull and release the lock pin while it is free to ensure that the spring mechanism is working correctly.
If the problem is not resolved in this step, proceed to the next step.
3- Power Check
Once you are sure that the battery is correctly positioned, check if the lights on the throttle are on or off. If the light/lights are on, it means that power is coming from the battery. Remember that the throttle has an on/off button. Turn the system off and on with the on/off button and check the lights again.
If the lights are not on, the discharge connectors of your battery may be damaged. For this, you can change the control circuit of the battery. Click here to learn how to do this.
If the lights are still not on, create a request to report this to our technical team.
